Are You Scared Of
What's In Your Fridge?

E-mail Message:
{!firstname_fix},
I don't want to scare you or anything, but
how sure are you that everything in your refrigerator won't make you
sick?
I'm not talking about spoiled food or the
occasional weird colored cheesecake, but did you know that you could be
allergic to some foods and not even know it?
The most common food allergy is also the
most deadly. And it's also the least likely allergy that you would be
scared of. Nuts are generally associated with nature, holistic healing
and health, but lurking underneath those hard to remove shells are
proteins that can prove harmful.
Nut allergies have become the number one
fear for parents throughout the world and most parents don't even know
what they are up against.
Nut allergies can popup at anytime and
affect anyone. The symptoms aren't that different than any other kind
of allergy or sickness, making diagnosis that much harder to perform
correctly. Only with the proper education and accurate information can
you make an informed decision regarding the welfare of those you love.
The new book ‘Recognizing And Dealing With
Nut Allergies' was written specifically to help parents recognize the
dangers that lie in front of them. Written with the help of some of the
leading allergists, Recognizing And Dealing With Nut Allergies delves
into this important subject and simplifies topics that normally require
years of study to understand.
Recognizing And Dealing With Nut Allergies
will help you to recognize the symptoms and will help you learn what to
do when confronted by a nut allergy attack.
This is one guide that every parent should
read.

Are You Confused
About Your Peanut Allergy?
|
E-mail Message:
{!firstname_fix},
Do you know how devastating it is to find
out that you or someone you love is allergic to peanuts?
Peanut allergy is the leading cause of
allergy-related deaths and it affects one in every 200 people worldwide.
For people who are inflicted with peanut
allergies, their lives are turned completely upside down. Going out for
a relaxing dinner can turn into an evening of arguments with the
kitchen staff. Getting your hair done in a salon could turn into an
annoying adventure arguing over chemicals in shampoo. Even sitting on
the bus could potentially turn deadly without knowing who is eating
what around you.
It's no surprise to find out that schools
and cafeterias all over the world have all recently banned peanut
products because the littlest crumb could prove harmful. For those of
us who live with this allergy, there isn't much that can be done other
than educating ourselves about our allergy.
Education is our best resource since so
there is much conflicting and inaccurate information available online.
Too many people are getting their medical advice from places that
haven't done the necessary research and haven't consulted with a
medical professional.
This is why I urge you to take a look at the
new book called ‘Recognizing And Dealing With Nut Allergies'. This book
will explain to you everything there is to know about peanut allergies.
You'll learn where the allergy comes from, which type of the allergy
you have and what is the best way to treat your allergy in a situation
where you accidentally become exposed.
Recognizing And Dealing With Nut Allergies
was written with the help of an allergy professional who has helped
thousands of people live normal, healthy and long lives despite their
crippling allergy.

What are Signature Ads?
Have you ever received an email from someone and
below their name there was a line or two that also served as some type
of advertisement? Well, those are Signature Ads, also known as
"Signature Files."
They are AUTOMATICALLY INSERTED
into every outgoing email that those people send.
Signature files are also very popular to use when
posting to a forum. Most forums don't allow advertisements in the body
of a post, so using a signature ad is a way around that rule.
You should insert one of these signatures to the
bottoms of all of your outgoing emails. Just go to your email
preferences, copy and paste one of these signatures to your
emails and watch your sales skyrocket!

Banner ads are one of the BEST
ways to promote any site since they are colorful, flashy and fun to
look at. Simply place them somewhere visitors will see and click on
them.
The most common size for a banner seems to be 468
x 60 pixels, but that doesn't mean other sizes can't be
effective as well.
You can either:
1. Add
one or more of these banners to your website
2. Submit
these banners in banner exchange programs
3. Use
them as advertisements
4. Or
use a combination of two or more of the
above

as possible to allow it to be harvested by Google and the other search
engines.
We've provided you with an HTML version
which is useful to insert directly onto your website, as well as a
cut-n-paste plain text version for posting in other
locations.
If you have never posted an article before, here

What Do Allergies
and Monsters Have In Common?
|
Article Content
Allergies are
never fun. They limit, prohibit and control what you eat, where you can
go and what you are able to do.
Offer a person with lactose
intolerance a free trip to the Ben and Jerry's ice cream factory and
you won't hear them scream for ice cream. Recommend to trip to Boston
or Maryland to someone with a shellfish allergy and don't expect them
to fall over themselves to thank you. Similarly, if your wife or
girlfriend has hay fever, try to refrain from planning a quaint Sunday
picnic in the dandelion field close to your house.
Allergies prohibit normal people from
enjoying the activities that the rest of us crave.
But different allergies affect every
person differently and for sufferers of specific types of allergies,
there are ways to keep their allergies under control.
One allergy in particular that has
become a key cause for concern, especially among parents with small
children, is the peanut allergy. Peanut allergies are so problematic
for a handful of reasons, most notably, the fact that many food and
health products contain peanut proteins and that even a trace amount of
this protein can be fatal.
With so much potential for disaster,
parents are rightfully paranoid. Schools across the US have succumbed
to parental pressure and banned peanut butter and jelly sandwiches,
once a staple of elementary schools. The ban applies to everyone, kids
who don't have the allergy and even teachers. That severe is the
repercussions if an allergic child comes in even brief contact with
peanuts.
Scientists at the Center for Disease
Control believe that for some children, even the slightest smell of a
peanut protein can cause very harmful results.
With such a powerful allergy, parents
feel concerned and hopeless. Will this new generation of children live
in fear of terrorism, natural disasters, killer bees, the scary thing
under the bed as well as the dreaded peanut?
Scientists and doctors alike tell
parents to worry, but not to get their kids overtly scared. With
education, peanut allergies are controllable and even in some cases
curable. They advise parents to understand the allergy and not to live
in fear of it.
One of the best way to get a grasp on
what their child is living with is to read as much on the subject as
possible. One great book is called Recognizing And Dealing With Nut
Allergies and its available via the link below.

doesn't mean they should control your life.

In its basic form, a Blog is an online journal,
but over the course of the past few years, the popularity of blogs has
exploded and blogs are now used as marketing and promotional tools as
well.
Blogs allow just about anyone to publish articles
and information that is accessible across the Internet.
Due to their particular systems, Blogs can enhance
the likelihood of search engine algorithms picking them up and making
them easily indexed and searched.
Although this may sound complicated, a deeper
understanding of how they work is NOT required to enjoy their benefits.
Blogs are personable and individualized. They are
meant to be written as thoughts and reflections and not as newspaper
articles or school essays. Most blogs are even written in story form.
I've provided a Blog Post that you can post
everywhere you possibly can. Unlike everything I've posted for you so
far, I encourage you to personalize this blog post. It'll make it much
more effective.

Are You Proud Of
Your Allergy?
|
Article Content
There's
something I walk around with, something I wear like a badge of honor.
It's nothing really something to be proud of, in fact, it's not even
anything I have any control over. It makes me feel special though and
it connects me to millions of other people throughout the world.
In fact, last year, when I was
traveling in India, I thought I'd have a huge problem. But as it turned
out, it provided me with a way to meet people I never would have
without it.
What am I talking about? I'm talking
about my peanut allergy.
When I was first diagnosed with an
allergy to peanuts I was confused. I had lived most of my life enjoying
the pb and j's that most Americans love. I ate them almost every day of
my schooling. During college, I don't think I would have survived the
late night study sessions without them. So you can imagine my surprise
when at the tender mid-20's age I found out that eating just one
sandwich could potentially kill me.
I wasn't always proud of my allergy,
in fact at first I rebelled against it. I was embarrassed to tell
people that I couldn't eat Chinese food or that I needed to check every
label from every ingredient that they put in the food they were cooking
for me. It seemed like a hassle and a pain. Most of all though, it
seemed embarrassing.
I found myself surprisingly jealous of
my friends who could throw any food in their mouth without worrying
about anything less mundane than calories or cholesterol. I found
myself shying away from social encounters that revolved around food. I
didn't want to deal with it and I didn't want people to think I was the
weird guy who had some strange allergy.
Instead of hanging out at dinner
parties with my friends, I sat at home and surfed the Internet for
information about my allergy. I was looking for a magical source of
information that would help me cure my allergy and start living the
normal life I once led. Of course, I didn't find the magical cure.
What I did find, though, was even more
valuable. I learnt to come to terms with my allergy and I let in
empower me, instead of imprison me. It took me a while to reach the
point where I was proud of my difference, but I eventually got there.
If you have peanut allergies, you
should learn to embrace it as well. To start you off, click on the link
below and read all the vital information you need. You'll be glad you
did.

A "sponsored ad" is an ad that appears at the very
top of an ezine. Although there are lower spots available, sponsored
ads are the most effective since they are seen the most.
A sponsored ad is always seen
and it is the first communication someone sees and reads immediately
upon opening an ezine.
Sponsored ads by definition must be small (usually
not to exceed just a few short punchy lines of text).
A great place to run a 4-line sponsored
ad is at MBP Advertising.

advertising locations click here.
